2. Prices and Taxes
All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT unless otherwise stated.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees.
3. Orders
A binding purchase agreement is created when BP2 Automotive KB has issued an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraud, product availability or supplier restrictions.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Products remain the property of BP2 Automotive KB until full payment has been received.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times:
- Sweden: 3–10 business days
- European Union: 5–15 business days
- International destinations: 7–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is completed.
Oversized or heavy products may be subject to additional shipping charges.
7. Unclaimed Deliveries
If a shipment is returned because it was not collected, accepted or could not be delivered due to incorrect customer information, we may charge the actual costs for shipping, return shipping, handling and administration.
The charge is normally SEK 300. For oversized products, the charge may be up to SEK 800 or the actual cost incurred.
8. Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day the goods are received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us in writing before the withdrawal period expires.

Return Conditions
- The product must be returned within 14 days after withdrawal notification.
- The product must be complete with accessories and documentation.
- The product must be securely packaged.
- The product may only be handled as necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made, specially ordered, individually manufactured or customer-specific products.
Examples include special-order wheels, custom multimedia systems, body kits, made-to-order products and custom-configured e-bikes.
10. Cancellations
Stock items may normally be cancelled before shipment.
For special-order products, we may charge up to 30% of the order value once the product has been ordered from the manufacturer or supplier.
11. Complaints and Consumer Rights
Consumers may make claims regarding defective products in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Under Swedish consumer legislation, complaints regarding original defects may generally be made for up to three years from delivery.
12. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, a 12-month limited warranty applies from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, consumables, incorrect installation, misuse, negligence, accident damage, water damage or unauthorized modifications.
13. E-Bike Terms
- Battery capacity naturally decreases over time and through use.
- Reduced battery capacity caused by normal wear is not considered a warranty defect.
- Range estimates are approximate and may vary due to rider weight, terrain, temperature, battery age, tyre pressure and riding style.
- Damage caused by improper charging, storage, misuse, accidents or water ingress is not covered by warranty.
14. Vehicle-Specific Products
The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility before ordering or installation.
BP2 Automotive KB is not liable for installation costs, workshop charges, programming, coding, labour expenses or consequential losses from incorrect installation.
15. Motorsport and Show Use Products
Certain products are intended for motorsport, competition, off-road or show use only and may not be legal for public road use.
The customer is responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BP2 Automotive KB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of revenue.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.
17. Force Majeure
BP2 Automotive KB is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruptions, supplier failures, labour disputes, cyberattacks, pandemics, government actions or natural disasters.
18. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics and product descriptions, belongs to BP2 Automotive KB or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
19. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable Swedish data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
