Agency Power has the parts you need to take your Porsche 996 Turbo to 800 horsepower. With proper tuning, fuel system, and turbo selection, these parts will allow you to even surpass 1000 horsepower! This is a simple hard parts kit that we have developed and used since 2006 to work with Garrett turbochargers and Tial wastegates. Many customers already have great relationships with their local tuners and want them to build their vehicles and use their own fuel systems. With the hard parts only, customers can avoid lengthy fabrication times from others and get these high quality parts ready for installation on their 2001-2005 Porsche 996 Turbo.
Hard Parts Kit Includes:
- AP High Flow Exhaust Headers with a 3 into 1 merge collector. All stainless steel with purge TIG welding.
- 1/4 inch thick flange to bolt to the engine heads.
- 4 bolt flange for Garrett Turbos spec??™d to our design.
- Tial flange welded on for 44mm wastegate mounting.
- AP Dump Tubes for External Tial 44mm Wastegates.
- AP Exhaust Adapter Flange tha mounts between Garrett turbo and factory Porsche exhaust bolt pattern.
- AP steel braided oil line kit with reducer fittings for turbo and fittings for engine.
- High pressure coolant hose water line kit with fittings for mounting to turbos and tapping into stock system.
- AP Silicone Couplers offset for 3inch Compressor Outlet
The headers and flanges are designed for specific Garrett turbo flange setups. The clearance and mounting has been tested with GT2860RS and GT3076RS turbocharger setups.
