Getting more airflow to the turbocharger of the Ford Focus ST is just one factor in improving the performance. Agency Power took the factory air intake design and made it modulare so you could retain the factory turbo inlet pipe that attaches to the cold air intake piping. The part from Ford is ovalized and becomes restricted to the turbo where Agency Power has maintained the larger diameter from the cold air intake to the turbo. This Turbo Inlet pipe with a 3 inch diameter allows for the turbocharger to continue getting more airflow to help it spool up faster. Joining to the turbocharger with a silicone reducing coupler, it also attaches to the intake side with another AP silicone coupler. This part “should” work with the factory intake or other intakes that stop at this position. However some modification may be necessary.
This part comes in wrinkle black but can be ordered in matching colors like our cold air intake box. Part is designed to fit OEM style air intake kits that stop at the adjoining turbo inlet pipe.
